It is an honor to be able to continue our academic activities in Miami. For more than 12 years with the support of many neurosurgeons from the United States and Latin America, we have been able to maintain an event that promotes networking and educational opportunities for future generations.

This year with the support of the Latin American Society of Neurosurgery in the United States and Canada (SLANC), the Latin American Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (FLANC) and the World Federation of Neuro-logical Societies (WFNSC), we will continue such an important effort.

Thanks to our Congress, approximately nine neurosurgeons have been able to gain training and education scholarships in the United States, to later return to their countries of origin, thus contributing to the development of the specialty from all over the region.

For all these reasons, I am pleased to invite you to the Congress of Specialty Chapters, with the main topic: Brain tumor, Vascular and Spine Microneurosurgery. We look forward to seeing you in Miami on June 11-14, 2026. I sincerely hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you personally in the city where business, fun and charm converge.
